Furnace-Inside Inspection and/or Observation Services
We provide furnace-inside inspection and/or observation services for inspecting, monitoring and/or surveying furnace-inside of up to about 1,600 deg. C using the special endoscope equipment (“Endoscope”).
Using two (2) types of axial and lateral objective lens, most of furnace-inside views can be easily obtained in detail and clearly which are generally difficult to be seen visually through any sighting or peeping holes. The equipment is light, compact and portable to handle itself in inspecting any portion of furnace(s) and moving to any other location at site, and in carrying to any plant located.
Eyepiece visual views, and monitoring and recording views as well are obtainable, and you are able to do the followings:
- to determine to get repair method and/or timing of your furnace(s),
- to get aging record of your furnace(s).
- to improve firing condition of your furnace(s) by viewing to adjust the firing situations,
- to improve a charging way of raw materials by inspecting situations of the materials’ flow charged, etc.
The services can be applied to any furnace in operation without any production obstruction, and together with the inspection and/or observation we can provide some survey report for improving your productivity, energy saving and/or other efficiencies of your furnace(s).
