High-efficiency Pot Furnace
- Development of Energy Saving Equipment -
We developed a high-efficiency pot furnace with the aim of saving energy and improving productivity, which was commissioned by Smaller Enterprise Corp.
We achieved energy savings of 20% through adoption of the open pot instead of the existing closed pot as well as improvement of thermal efficiency by mounting the burner on the ceiling.
This equipment is sold to existing users and has been contributing to energy savings.
