Auxiliary Systems
We offer the most suitable systems for the purposes of customers with our unique know-how in various kinds of auxiliary systems.
Electric Boosting System
Electric boosting systems are installed in glass furnaces to increase melting volume, reduce fuel consumption, and improve quality.
The systems heat the glass with resistance heat generated by passing current through the molten glass.
We design all the electric boosting systems by ourselves.
For electrode holders, the most part of which are commonly imported, we have the accomplishment of manufacturing them within Japan, and can therefore respond speedily to customers’ various requests.
Glass Leveler (Glass Level Control Equipment)
The glass leveler is an equipment that monitors the glass base line. It measures the glass base line continuously with a level detector, and maintains the level consistently at a fixed height by adjusting the charging amount from a batch charger in accordance with the measurement results.
Furnace inside Monitoring Equipment
Use of cameras for monitoring the insides of furnaces allows full-time remote monitoring of the inside of high-temperature furnaces. The equipment can be taken out automatically in the events of power failure, depending on the system structure.
Other Auxiliary Systems
We design and supply control equipment, such as exhaust-gas pressure control valves that can be used for high-temperature exhaust gas and control (deletion) pressure and flow rate in piping, as well as related control systems.
