Recuperator（IMR）

IFC recuperator is a metal heat exchanger which utilizes the exhaust gas heat.
Depending on the conditions, it can produce preheated air with the temperature up to 800℃.

If compared to the regenerative heat recovery system, IFC recuperator is inferior in terms of heat recovery rate, however, it has many advantages as follows:

・Equipment installation cost is lower
・Installation area is small which allows to relatively freely choose the place of installation
・Combustion control system is simple, so the maintenance is easy
・Stabilization of the temperature and pressure inside the furnace is easy
・As recuperators do not leak preheated air, it is possible to precisely control the air-to-fuel ratio
・Secondary recovery of waste heat via waste heat recovery boiler is easy
