Thermal Cleaning

In the course of the furnace exploitation checker bricks in the regenerator are prone to clogging.
Clogging can hinder the process of combustion.
The cause of clogging is dispersed raw materials and sodium sulfate in waste gas which solidify on checker bricks.
We use a jet burner to melt the solidified matter off from the surface of checker bricks, this process is called thermal cleaning.
Therefore, the influence rendered to the melting process is lowered, which also contributes to the long life cycle of the furnace.
